By accessing or using KlipFast, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
KlipFast is a content repurposing platform that allows users to process videos and generate clips and text content. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use KlipFast to process content that infringes on intellectual property rights, contains illegal material, or violates the rights of others. You are solely responsible for the content you upload and process.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to KlipFast. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are available within 7 days of the start of a paid subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
KlipFast shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which KlipFast operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
