California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

This page describes rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

1. Your California Privacy Rights

California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you
  • Delete personal information we have collected from you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you
  • Opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information
  • Limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your CCPA rights

2. Information We Collect

Categories of personal information collected in the last 12 months:

Identifiers:Name, email address, account credentials
Commercial information:Subscription plan, payment history
Internet activity:Usage data, features accessed, pages visited
Audio/video data:Videos uploaded for processing (deleted after processing)
Inferences:Preferences drawn from usage patterns

  • Process payments
  • Send service communications
  • Ensure platform security

3. We Do Not Sell Your Data

KlipFast does NOT sell your personal information to third parties.
KlipFast does NOT share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Verification

We will verify your identity before processing any requests to ensure we do not disclose or delete personal information belonging to another person.

Verification may require:

  • Email confirmation from your registered address
  • Account login verification

6. Authorized Agents

California residents may use an authorized agent to submit CCPA requests on their behalf. The authorized agent must provide written authorization signed by the consumer, and we may still require the consumer to verify their own identity directly with us.

8. Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. This means we will not:
