One repurpose = one video processed end-to-end: clips generated, transcribed, and all text outputs written. A 60-minute podcast and a 30-second TikTok both count as one repurpose.
Do unused repurposes roll over?
No — repurposes reset on your monthly billing date. We keep it simple: use them or lose them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel at any time from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the free plan.
What platforms do you support?
YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn videos, and direct podcast URLs. We add new platforms regularly.
How long does processing take?
Most videos process in under 60 seconds. Longer videos (60+ minutes) may take 2–3 minutes.
Are the clips watermarked on the free plan?
Yes — free plan clips include a small klipfast watermark. Paid plans (Starter and above) have no watermarks.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied within your first 7 days of a paid plan, email us at hello@klipfast.com and we'll make it right.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
